Building permits are required for all new construction, remodeling, changes or additions to structures which includes driveways, signs, fences, swimming pools, patio covers, electrical, mechanical work and plumbing.

The Town of Double Oak utilizes a 3rd party contractor for building inspections and permit reviews. For more information, compliments or complaints, please contact us.
