Retail Direct Proposed Development Update
On Wednesday March 4, the Town hosted an informational workshop for Town Council, Planning and Zoning, and the general public to review the financial impact of the proposed commercial development at 407 and Simmons. For those that could not make it, the entire meeting is available on the Town's YouTube page. Additionally, the Powerpoint presentation is posted on the Town Website.
The Town hosted a second Workshop on Wednesday March 11 at 6:00 at Town Hall. This workshop included a presentation by our Town Planning staff along with a presentation from the developer Direct Retail Partners.
