Keeping Double Oak beautiful and well-maintained is a team effort:
See a pothole or a downed sign? We want to know about it. The Town now has a dedicated email address for residents to report any concerns about our infrastructure - making it easier than ever to help us keep Double Oak in great shape. Drop us a note anytime at publicworks@doubleoak.texas.gov. Please remember this inbox is for non-urgent matters. For any emergency, always call 911.
Report Missed Garbage/Recycling
We have added a link on our website for residents to report when our waste pickup service misses your house. Please follow the link below and fill in the information requested and it will then be sent to Town Hall Administration for tracking purposes. In addition, it is important that you contact Republic Services as soon as you become aware that your collection was missed. By reporting the missed pickup promptly, Republic Services can arrange for a truck to return the following day to collect your trash and recycling. Did you know? Republic now has cameras on their trash/recycling pickup trucks to improve service.
